Do you share customer’s information?

No. Yahgie+Company respect your privacy and will never share your email or any other personal information with anyone else. Information we collect is used only for the services requested.


What are your shipping rates?

All shipping charges are determined by weight, of the items purchased, the method of shipping, and the destination address. Please email us at sales(at)yahgie(dot)com for specific information.


Do you ship internationally?


Yes! Shipping and handling for international orders varies. All shipping charges are determined by weight, of the items purchased, the method of shipping, and the destination address. Please email us at sales@yahgie.com for specific information.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) as well as PayPal. We currently do not accept Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks.


What is your return policy?

In the event of any questions or problems with your order, or if the product received was defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days of receipt. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Returns are not accepted on custom orders. Additionally, products must be in new condition with original packaging. Returns must be free of odors, pet fur, and stains.


What is a sample sale?

The sample sale section is an opportunity to get near perfect merchandise at a fraction of the price. They are products that we use to show local vendors and displays. Sample sale inventory is limited. All sales on samples products are final.


Is there a Yahgie+Company storefront?

Not yet! Currently Yahgie+Company products are mainly sold online; however, there are a few selected retail shops and boutiques carrying Yahgie products.

Do you custom design?


Almost all product sold by Yahgie+Company can have customization. Additional fee apply. For pricing on custom items, please email petergayek(at)yahgie(dot)com. Please note because a color on a monitor varies, there may be minor differences. We will make every attempt to provide a color has close as possible.  Once the proof is approved, the item is not refundable or exchangeable.


How do I order a custom postcard wall art?

You can enter the recipient information at checkout in the message box or email sales(at)yahgie(dot)com with your order number. Please include recipient’s address, name, sender’s name, and custom message (optional).

 

Are there other available printed fabrics?

Yes. We can print anyone of our designs on: organic cotton, organic cotton sateen, 4oz cotton, 6oz cotton, linen-cotton, upholstery weight cotton.

 

Is there a fee for custom orders?

Yes. There is a 25% surcharge added to the price of the product being customized.
