Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex. All items are made-to-order, and are usually received in 3-4 weeks. If we have the item on hand, it is usually shipped out within 3 business days after payment has been cleared. International shipments (about 10-16 day in transit) and United states (about 6-10 days in transit)
Shipping and Handling: (Continental USA) we proudly use USPS as our couriers. Shipping is based on the weight of the item and current shipping rates. Shipping quotes are for all items sent to one address.
International Orders: Shipping and handling for international orders varies. All shipping charges are determined by weight, of the items purchased, the method of shipping, and the destination address. Please email us at sales@yahgie.com for specific information.
Expedited shipping: Whenever possible, we offer expedited shipping. We will confirm the estimated shipping date and note whether or not we can offer expedited shipping when we confirm the order via e-mail. Express shipping charges are the customer responsibility. Expedited shipping require additional postage, upon receipt of the order.
Backorders: If a backorder causes your order to be sent in multiple shipments, you will be charged only for the items as they ship. Freight is a onetime charge that covers the entire order regardless if the products are shipped separately.
Custom Orders: Custom orders may cause a delay in shipping or additional, non-published fees.
Wholesale Buying: If you would like apply for a wholesale account, please fill out the wholesale form on our website, or email us at sales@yahgie.com. Upon Verification of information, we will contact you if your account has been approved.
Returns & Exchanges
In the event of any questions or problems with your order, or if the product received was defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 30 days of receipt. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Customer Service can be reached at sales@yahgie.com Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm Eastern Standard Time.
Return Policy: We take pride in the products we offer and service we provide. Customer satisfaction is important to us, therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy where you may return unused items for exchange, refund, or credit within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in new condition with their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject a return that does not meet these criteria. In addition, we do not refund shipping and handling charges on original invoices nor return postage. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is not required for returns. To acquire an RMA please email us at sales@yahgie.com subject “RMA FORM.”
Returns are not accepted on custom orders. Additionally, products must be in new condition with original packaging. Returns must be free of odors, pet fur, and stains.
Damages/ Defective Merchandise: If the product received was defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department at sales@yahgie.com within 48hours of package arrival. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Loss: In the event that your product is lost or unaccounted for due to any cause during shipping, we will do our best to investigate the problem.
Exchanges: To make an exchange or return, you will need to fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization form. To obtain this please email us at sales@yahgie.com. A Return Merchandise Authorization number is NOT required. Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products should be in the condition they were received in, as well as in their original manufacturer’s packaging. Please include the RMA form with a copy of your receipt. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded. Exchanges subject to standard shipping charges.
